Guest Policies
Cancellation Policy - Please take into consideration that our time is very valuable. We do understand sometimes things just happen. We kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule that you please try and call us in advance of your scheduled appointment time. However, excessive cancellations or “no shows” will result to “walk-in” status only.
Check In - We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to take full advantage of all that we have to offer. This is your time to enjoy yourself and you can start by treating yourself to our complimentary mini bar full of tasteful surprises.
Walk-Ins - They are welcomed but not always guaranteed. To get the most out of your experience with us we do recommend you reserve an appointment with one of our team members in advance by simply calling 561.670.2852 or emailing ag@hairandbeautyloft.com
Cell Phones - We kindly request that all cell phones are placed on silent or turned off for the duration of your visit.
Service Policy - At AG Hair & Beauty Loft we want nothing more than to make our guest happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your end result please call and schedule a complimentary redo within 5 days. Full service price applies after 5 days. We do not issue refunds for any service provided.
Packages/Series- Any deposits put down toward a package or series is non-refundable. However, you will receive a salon credit that can be used toward any other beauty service within the salon.
